TERMS

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Authmation website and how you interact with our portfolio, pricing, and inquiry forms.
Last updated: February 26, 2026

1) Use of the website

You agree to use this site lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, scrape content at scale, or misuse our forms and APIs (including excessive requests or automated spam).

2) Our services and how projects start

We build and deliver software services such as web apps, dashboards, APIs, automation systems, Discord bots, browser extensions, and scalable SaaS components. A project typically begins with discovery and requirements review, followed by a proposed scope, timeline, and pricing. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract unless both parties agree in writing (e.g., proposal/statement of work).

3) Quotes, scope, and revisions

Any estimate or quote depends on the scope and assumptions shared during discovery. If requirements change (features, integrations, deadlines, or expected scale), the scope and pricing may be updated. We’ll communicate changes before doing additional work.

4) Intellectual property and portfolio

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all code, designs, and deliverables remain our property until invoices are paid. After payment, ownership/usage rights transfer as described in your agreement. We may reference completed work in our portfolio (e.g., project name, screenshots, outcomes) unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

5) Third-party services, open-source, and integrations

Many builds rely on third-party services (hosting, payments, analytics, email, OAuth providers, APIs) and open-source libraries. You are responsible for any third-party fees and compliance with their terms. We are not responsible for downtime or policy changes from third-party providers.

6) Data, security, and submissions

When you submit information through our contact form, we use it to respond to your request and discuss your project. Please don’t send sensitive secrets (passwords, private keys). While we apply reasonable security practices, no website or transmission method is 100% secure.

7) Availability and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law,Authmation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

8) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the updated terms. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.

Note: This page is a general terms template for a software services website. If you need legal accuracy for a specific jurisdiction, have a lawyer review it.
