Card Flow

Card Flow is a full-featured business card management system built for business that need to securely store and manage multiple debit, credit, and virtual cards in one centralized dashboard. The platform includes a complete authentication system with 2FA, Google/Email OTP, and role-based access control (Admin, Management, User). Only owners can register new users, keeping access tightly controlled. Core features include a card management module with masked card numbers, bank filtering, and full CRUD operations with double-confirmation delete. The expiration tracker automatically segments cards expiring in 30, 60, and 90 days so nothing slips through. A detailed activity log tracks every action — card additions, edits, deletions, views, and logins — with timestamps and user names. The dashboard provides real-time overview widgets showing total cards, cards per bank, expiring soon count, and recently added cards, alongside a bank distribution chart and expiration timeline graph.
